Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer to support the development and maintenance of internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities

• Edit, format, and publish SOP content using XML and HTML in a content management system (CMS)
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and clarity of SOP content
• Maintain the quality and consistency of SOPs published to the internal repository

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a technical writing or lead writing role
• Experience working with XML-based publishing tools and content management systems (CMS)
• Familiarity with DITA XML, HTML, and tools such as Oxygen XML Author
• Background working with developer-facing content, web services, or technical product documentation is a plus
• Resourceful, self-starter with the ability to work independently under tight deadlines
