Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer to support the VA Health Connect initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and publish CRM release notes for non-technical users
  • Review technical documentation to identify key updates and enhancements
  • Coordinate approvals with IT, implementation teams, and government stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, IT, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in technical writing for software, IT, or CRM environments
  • Proficient with Jira and documentation/version control tools
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and release processes
  • Ability to obtain Federal Government clearance
