Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Proposal Writer to support client acquisition and retention through the creation of competitive proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and other sales-related documents
• Ensure written deliverables align with strategic and financial goals
• Manage proposal content and contribute to departmental efficiency improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or a Communications-related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of four years of experience in proposal writing and project management
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Experience in a Health Care environment is preferred
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with colleagues
