Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer III to create customer education content that enhances the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and maintain customer-facing documentation according to style and brand guidelines
• Develop content for product launches and feature enhancements in collaboration with product marketing managers and SMEs
• Ensure documentation meets quality standards and is accessible to the intended audience

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-focused content
• Proficiency with authoring and publishing tools such as Zendesk Guide and Confluence
• Experience using Jira or similar project management tools for documentation tracking
• Strong editing skills with attention to grammar, tone, and style
