Job Summary

A company is looking for an Editor to conceptualize, write, edit, and implement communication strategies for various constituencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, draft, and distribute monthly newsletters and other communications
• Produce the department's annual report, coordinating all editing and publishing processes
• Assist with conference planning and support, along with other administrative tasks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Liberal Education, or a related field
• Two years of professional experience in editing and directing publication projects
• Strong grasp of the English language, including grammar and punctuation
• Experience with Adobe InDesign
• Ability to read academic texts and rewrite main ideas for a general audience
