Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Writer who will develop clear and compelling responses to RFPs, RFIs, and SSNs in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage proposal requests from analysis to delivery, ensuring compliance and alignment with company capabilities
• Draft and revise proposal content, including executive summaries and pricing narratives, while ensuring accuracy and brand consistency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and validate technical details for proposals

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in proposal writing, preferably in B2B technical or cybersecurity fields
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and document management best practices
• Experience with proposals for cybersecurity, compliance, or IT consulting services
• Familiarity with public sector procurement processes and proposal tracking tools
