A company is looking for a Workplace Engineering Track Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier 1 technical support for IT-related issues, including MAC systems
  • Respond to and document trouble tickets in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to policies
  • Establish professional relationships with customers and escalate issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • Experience with MAC configuration, troubleshooting, and user support
  • Ability to troubleshoot laptops, desktops, and peripherals
  • Willingness to work in a rotational shift 24/7/365
