Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal and external stakeholders
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve tier 3 service incidents in a timely manner
  • Execute SQL scripts and perform data analysis for compliance reporting and application support
Required Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of customer service experience with 2-3 years in tier 3 technical support
  • Experience in SQL, Splunk, or similar technologies
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management software, preferably Salesforce.com
