Key Responsibilities

• Enter referrals accurately and within established timeframes while meeting productivity standards
• Communicate with referral sources and ensure proper documentation is completed and routed for signatures
• Work with local branch leadership to provide appropriate inventory and services while assisting with regional team functions

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• One year of experience in healthcare administration, financial services, insurance customer service, or related fields
• Experience in a Medicare certified environment is preferred
• Proficient in navigating multiple online EMR systems
• Ability to learn new technologies and understand data flow through systems
