Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Financial Customer Service Professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service for customers' retirement savings accounts within a call center
• Educate customers on plan updates and process account changes as directed
• Collaborate with a team and participate in ongoing training and coaching

Required Qualifications

• Availability to work a 40-hour week, including some evenings and weekends
• Associate's degree or higher AND at least one year of customer service experience, or two or more years of customer service experience
• FINRA series 6 and 63 or higher equivalent licensure
• Capability to work overtime as required based on business needs
• Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection for remote work
