Job Summary

A company is looking for a First Level Analyst to provide technical support for contact center systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers through various communication channels and perform remote installations and repairs
  • Triage customer incidents and manage requests while maintaining documentation and process adherence
  • Proactively monitor systems and log all work in ServiceNow, prioritizing high visibility incidents
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft OS (Client and Server), Microsoft Office, and ticketing systems like ServiceNow
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Familiarity with modern operating systems and cloud technologies is a plus
  • Desire to write code (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript) is advantageous
