Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Engineer to manage the full customer lifecycle from pre-sales to long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with enterprise customers from late-stage sales through onboarding and implementation
• Collaborate with engineering to co-design features and translate customer feedback into product priorities
• Drive account expansion by identifying new use cases and serve as the internal voice of the customer

Required Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of experience in customer success, solutions consulting, or implementation at a B2B SaaS company
• Experience with technical products, preferably in AI/ML, developer tools, or data platforms
• Ability to collaborate with engineers and product managers, addressing both technical and business needs
• Experience in leading executive conversations and navigating complex customer organizations
• Startup-minded with a bias for action and ability to thrive in ambiguity
