Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Chat Support) to provide remote assistance in Puerto Rico.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service support to providers via live chat regarding credentialing and contracting status
• Resolve issues on the first interaction by navigating complex computer systems
• Document provider issues and complete outbound calls as necessary for case resolution

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in a related environment using phones and computers
• Proficient in Microsoft and Windows PC, with the ability to learn complex systems
• Available to work 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for shifts during business hours
• English proficiency is required
