Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Sales Representative for the Central Iowa region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage strategic relationships with large end-user customers across various industries
• Develop strategies to grow business with key distribution partners and provide necessary training
• Drive educational programs and manage key agricultural shows to increase product visibility and sales

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline preferred; 10+ years of industry experience may substitute for degree
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar sales position, with higher experience required for advanced levels
• Proven above-average sales performance over the last three years
• Self-motivated and independent with an aggressive sales approach
• Willingness to relocate to Cedar Rapids or Iowa City, Iowa
