Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Renewal Representative - USA Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and sell software maintenance renewals while maintaining support contracts
• Grow support revenues through renewing, up-selling, and reinstating maintenance support contracts
• Negotiate maintenance offerings and build relationships with customers and internal teams

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in software maintenance renewals
• Proven ability to meet or exceed quotas in a fast-paced environment
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Oracle and Salesforce.com is a plus
