Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager to join their revenue team focused on customer evaluations and product support.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on Itential products and manage customer evaluations
• Track and report work efforts in Jira and sales pipeline activities in QuickSight
• Coordinate communication and preparation for evaluations, ensuring optimal customer experience

Required Qualifications

• B.S. Degree (or higher) in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Current certification(s) in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP)
• Technical knowledge of networking appliances and infrastructure
• Experience in tracking multiple accounts and managing evaluation timelines
• Basic understanding of network technologies and their applications in customer environments
