Key Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing project documents and maintaining schedules for multiple projects
• Coordinate small to medium-sized projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
• Attend project meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher, preferably in Project Management or a related field
• PMP certification preferred
• Hospital or clinical background required
• Basic project management skills, including task organization and progress tracking
• Experience in fast-paced environments with strong organizational skills
