Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager, Majors & Enterprise (US West).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on deployment and operational best practices, serving as the primary liaison for technical questions and escalations
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders, focusing on increasing adoption and ensuring satisfaction
• Identify and address technical issues, collaborating with Engineering and Support teams to resolve escalations efficiently

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Technical Account Manager or Customer Success Engineer
• Strong understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices; CSP level certifications preferred
• Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and associated security considerations
• Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with enterprise clients and driving customer success
• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field, or equivalent experience
