A company is looking for a Plan Manager, Tax Exempt Market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned Tax Exempt Market plans and maintain client relationships
• Resolve service and communication issues with sponsors and customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure plan alignment and support product development

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry
• Experience in customer service
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent preferred
• SPARK/ARPS Certification preferred or to be completed upon hire
