• Identify upsell opportunities and mitigate churn risks by analyzing client feedback and data

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English
• 2-4 years of experience in client success or account management
• Experience promoting SaaS solutions in a client success role
• Strong project management and prioritization skills
• Experience with CRM software and web-based tools
