Rebate Account Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Rebate Account Specialist II to join their Rebate Operations department.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees multiple complex rebate setups and ensures accurate maintenance in the rebate processing system
• Submits quarterly rebate reports and collects rebate payments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
• Communicates with pharmaceutical manufacturers and GPOs to resolve payment discrepancies and supports testing of rebate invoicing application enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or CPhT required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Pharmacy or Medical Claims Processing, Trade or Industry Relations, or Drug Claim Analysis required
• Proficient in Word and Excel at an intermediate level
• Experience working in a remote setting preferred
• Pharmacy experience, including knowledge of drug names, classes, and terminology, preferred
