About the Candidate: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker, and a passionate doer looking to have real impact from their efforts. You should have a proven track record of shipping high quality, and elegant platform tools that solve complex problems.

Basic Requirements:

• Degree: We care about the quality of your work and the thoughtfulness of your efforts.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in product management

• Strong portfolio of past work showcasing ability to understand, align, drive and deliver

• Proficiency in various design tools such as Figma

• Experience and understanding of software infrastructures. Engineering experience is not a requirement, but a foundational knowledge will be helpful in collaboration with engineering teams

• Experience working with customers, or customer research processes with a focus on deliverables and results.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for aligning teams and ensuring the right things are prioritized

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Location: This position is based in San Francisco and requires hybrid in-person collaboration.

As a PM at TeamBridge, you will work closely with our cofounders, Arjun & Tito, who led product and design teams during their tenure at Uber.
