The Head of Product will lead our product vision, development, and growth, focusing on delivering a cohesive, high-quality product and brand experience across every stage of the customer journey.
In this role, you will shape an entertainment ecosystem that connects deeply with end-users and meets the evolving needs of our B2B partners worldwide. You will ensure that every aspect of the experience—from materials and demos to product interactions—is aligned, consistent, and impactful.
You’ll also lead the integration of AI across our products, bringing a strategic view on leveraging this technology best to drive meaningful innovation. With a forward-looking perspective, you'll help shape the future of entertainment, including areas like in-car entertainment and immersive experiences powered by smart glasses and XR headsets.
Duties & Responsibilities
In this leadership role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Creating a Seamless Product & Brand Experience—You'll ensure that our products deliver a consistent, customer-centered experience from start to finish, making sure that every feature and interaction is both valuable and sustainable.
- Setting and Communicating Product Vision—Define and articulate a clear product direction that aligns with company goals and supports the long-term success of our customers. Keep a pulse on market trends and customer needs, ensuring that the vision reflects how our products will enable our B2B clients to deliver value to their end-users for years to come. Translate this vision into a roadmap that inspires and guides the team while fostering innovation and sustainable growth.
- Leading and Growing the Product Team—Develop and mentor a team aligned with our strategic goals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and ownership. Your guidance will ensure team growth and readiness to meet future demands.
- Envisioning the Future of Entertainment – Develop a strategic vision for new frontiers in entertainment, from in-car systems to immersive experiences with smart glasses and XR. With B2B and B2C insight, you’ll anticipate and shape the evolving ways of the business of Telco, Operator, and Carmaker customers and how to excite their customers with an engaging experience
- Driving AI-Powered Innovation – Lead the thoughtful integration of AI across our product portfolio to create value-driven, innovative solutions that make our products smarter and more adaptable. This includes exploring AI’s full potential beyond specific use cases like personalization or conversational interfaces.
- Guiding Product Development – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring valuable features to life on our 3Ready product platform. You’ll remove obstacles, ensure alignment across departments, and keep development on track.
- Preparing for Market—Work closely with internal stakeholders to prepare our products for successful market entry. You’ll coordinate with sales, marketing, and solution partners to ensure a smooth path from development to launch, setting the stage for delivering seamless experiences across any screen.

Overseeing the entire product lifecycle, you’ll ensure that each feature and function serves both our customers and our business objectives. Your key tasks include:
- Understanding Customer Needs – Engage in continuous exploration and research to keep a strong understanding of customer needs, both for our B2B clients and end-users, and use this understanding to guide product decisions.
- Creating and Updating the Product Roadmap – Align and communicate the roadmap with both internal team and customers, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned with the product’s direction to create value.
- Managing Workflow and Prioritization – Partner with the product team to prioritize features that bring the most value, keeping development focused and on track.
- Partnering with Technology Teams – Work with engineers and architects to understand current capabilities and future technical needs. While not driving technical decisions, the Head of Product collaborates as a counterpart to ensure feasible, efficient, and strategic technical solutions.
- Preparing Stakeholders for Success – Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Solution Partners to equip them with the knowledge they need to communicate product value effectively, enabling seamless product adoption.
