Team Leader, Instructional Design

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Leader- Instructional Design to provide leadership and supervision to instructional design staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an internal consultant providing technical advice and consultation to customer groups and stakeholders
• Develop mechanisms to evaluate training needs and assess the effectiveness of training programs
• Provide day-to-day leadership to the technical training and curriculum development staff

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or four years of relevant work experience
• Two years of experience with technical training or procedures development programs
• Two years of experience in customer service, contact center, or operations
• Previous team leader or supervisory experience
• Healthcare experience is preferred
