Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in speaker bureau management or medical education within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
• In-depth knowledge of industry regulations related to speaker programs
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
