Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Analyst to support the development of innovative tax software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain test returns for complex federal and state tax returns to ensure compliance with IRS regulations
• Design, document, and execute test scenarios to validate federal and state calculations and ensure accurate software functionality
• Perform detailed validations of software outputs against manual calculations and recommend enhancements for accuracy and usability

Qualifications:

• Experience with one or more of the following forms: 1040, 1041, 1065, 1120
• Multiple years of experience in the tax software industry, return development, and QA
• Familiarity with LLMs and modern AI tools
• Proficiency with tax software tools and strong analysis and testing abilities
• Effective collaboration skills with technical and non-technical teams
