Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Supervisor for a 6-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise payroll staff while overseeing bi-weekly payroll processing for over 800 employees
• Ensure accurate payroll calculations and data integrity in Workday, including auditing processes for new hires and employee changes
• Act as a point of contact for payroll-related inquiries and participate in payroll audits and compliance reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant training
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Canadian payroll processing and supervision
• Experience with Workday ERP is required
• Bilingual in French and English, spoken and written
• Canadian Payroll Association certification (PCP/SCP) is an asset
