Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Accounts Receivable.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of revenue cycle functions, including accounts receivable and denial management
• Implements best practices and standardized workflows for accounts receivable operations
• Develops and monitors key departmental metrics to measure performance and resolves outstanding accounts receivable

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred
• At least seven years of revenue cycle management experience in healthcare or health insurance
• At least four years of supervisory or management experience preferred
• Global service delivery billing experience required
