Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of executive recruitment experience in a corporate or recruitment firm setting
• Experience recruiting media industry professionals is highly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking/CRM software
• Experience with social media and candidate recruitment platforms
• Solid track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment KPIs
