EAP Counselor (French Speaking)

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EAP Clinical Counselor (French Speaking).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic and video counseling, crisis management, and in-the-moment support while ensuring client confidentiality
• Assess clients for appropriateness of short-term counseling and manage high-risk calls
• Develop treatment plans and maintain clinical documentation in the case management system

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or diploma in social work, counseling, or psychology
• Clinical counseling experience in both English and French
• Licensure or clinical certification preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of direct client-contact experience in counseling or mental health services
• Experience with short-term counseling modalities and crisis intervention training is beneficial
