Supplier Quality Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supplier Quality Specialist to support supplier quality management tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the maintenance of the Global Approved Supplier List (ASL) and reconcile supplier files
  • Maintain files in SharePoint and input supplier information into Arena (eQMS)
  • Request and follow up on required documentation from suppliers and maintain Excel trackers
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum 3 years of Quality Experience (quality assurance, quality control, quality systems, etc.) required
  • Supply Chain experience preferred, but not required
  • Experience with Agile PLM preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and Planner
