A company is looking for a Manager of Quality Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the intake, investigation, and resolution of member complaints, ensuring confidentiality and compliance
  • Support quality reporting and operations, including metric monitoring and cross-functional collaboration
  • Participate in quality investigations and contribute to the preparation of quality metrics for client-facing deliverables
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare quality, compliance, or clinical operations
  • Demonstrated experience managing member complaints and grievances
  • Experience supporting HEDIS, NCQA accreditation, or other quality reporting frameworks
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Excel, and data analysis
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
