Learning Program Manager

​​Superside is seeking an ambitious Learning Program Manager to create an onboarding experience that transforms new joiners into confident, valued team members at record speed. You’ll collaborate with department leaders to design tailored, scalable learning journeys that help new hires master their roles, embrace our culture, and feel connected from day one.


What You'll Do
  • Design and implement next-generation onboarding pathways that leverage automation while maintaining a warm, human touch
  • Enhance our department-specific learning programs to accelerate time-to-productivity for new team members across creative, project management, and business functions
  • Develop programs that embed Superside’s unique culture and ways of working, helping new joiners understand our values and goals
  • Use data-driven insights to measure and refine onboarding effectiveness, ensuring continuous improvement
  • Create scalable solutions that maintain program quality while minimizing manual intervention
  • Foster community and belonging in our remote-first environment through innovative connection-building initiatives
