Are you passionate about making homes more energy-efficient while also stepping into a rewarding career? Join the team at a leading energy solutions company as a Home Energy Consultant in Houston! In this engaging role, you will exceed monthly quotas, developing a robust Book of Business and scheduling appointments to connect with potential clients. Your day will involve qualifying prospects, designing and pricing solar and solar storage systems, and guiding customers through every step, from contract signing to the post-sales journey. If you’re friendly, driven, and have a knack for sales, this role could be a perfect fit for you! We are looking for candidates with a high school diploma and 2-4 years of related consulting experience, along with 1-2 years in inside sales. A strong knowledge of the solar industry will definitely give you an edge but is not essential! You’ll need to be comfortable using Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. In this open-office environment, you might find some days require a bit of overtime, but the rewarding experience you gain in the green energy sector will make it all worth it. The salary starts at $26 an hour, with commission opportunities that can take your earnings even higher. This is more than just a job; it's a chance to make a real difference in the community while building a fulfilling career!
