Job Summary

A company is looking for a Subcontracts Specialist to manage supplier and subcontractor relationships for commercial programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, negotiate, and administer various subcontracts supporting energy and infrastructure programs
• Evaluate supplier proposals, conduct pricing analysis, and lead contract negotiations
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual requirements

Required Qualifications

• BA degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with less than 2 years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with government contracting compliance, including ITAR and EAR
• Experience using Deltek Costpoint or other ERP systems
• Industry certifications such as CPSM, CFCM, CPCM, or PMP are preferred
• Understanding of contract risk assessment and mitigation strategies
