A company is looking for a Strategic Sourcing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing events and manage contract negotiations across purchasing categories
• Oversee the purchasing process, including vendor intake and contract approvals
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance and leverage in negotiations

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Contract Management
• Understanding of Source to Pay and Procure to Pay best practices
• Experience negotiating contract terms with executive leadership
• Ability to hold vendors accountable and create action plans for non-compliance
• Familiarity with technology platforms for Vendor Management and Risk Management
