Job Summary

A company is looking for a Procurement Operations Purchasing Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide user support for Coupa S2P and Expenses, addressing inquiries on the Smore help desk
• Support purchasing/sourcing activities for low- to medium-value sourcing deals, including intake requests and limited negotiations
• Navigate legal/contracts and approval processes related to sourcing activities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in procurement systems, preferably with Coupa
• Knowledge of source to pay processes and tools
• Experience in providing help desk support
• Ability to conduct limited negotiations
• Familiarity with legal and contract approval processes
