About the team

Our North America team is looking for a recent graduate with 1 year of professional experience to support us in our mission. You’ll be part of the NA-Enrollment Based Partnerships (EBP) team that works with more than 40 universities across the region and is one of our most successful divisions at Studyportals. You’ll be integral to the growth of this very important region. You’ll enjoy working independently but also thrive within a team of fellow Partnership Success Managers and Partnership Success Assistants from teams around the world. You will report to the North America EBP- Team Leader.

Responsibilities

As a Junior Partnership Success Manager, you will support our university clients in achieving their student recruitment goals and play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of our Enrollment-Based Partnerships (EBP) team. You’ll contribute to the execution and optimization of campaigns, conduct ongoing data handling tasks, and support other Partnership Success Managers (PSMs) to enhance the overall efficiency and quality of our services.

  • Assist in the implementation, development, evaluation, and renewal of enrollment-based partnership campaigns, contributing across the full client journey
  • Conduct recurrent operational tasks, including ongoing campaign monitoring and reporting, ensuring settings are correctly configured and raising any data discrepancies or performance concerns to the responsible PSM or Account Manager
  • Handle and process datasets related to campaign and enrollment performance with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Support other PSMs with reporting needs, campaign checks, and administrative tasks that contribute to client success.
  • Collaborate with the EBP team in the enrollment review and pre-qualification process, helping streamline and improve the accuracy and efficiency of student funnel progression
  • Share insights and updates with clients through engagement reports, projections, and regular communication.
  • Contribute to the growth of client collaborations, including liaising with university representatives and assisting with the coordination of university visits when needed
  • Stay informed about international recruitment trends and actively engage with internal teams such as the Analytics and Consulting Team (ACT) to ensure clients benefit from best practices
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business, Marketing or Communications (or any other relevant field))
  • Based in Monterrey, Mexico
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a client-facing role such as sales/account management
  • (Near) native level of English (both written and spoken)
  • Great communication skills that allow you to create strong professional relationships
  • The ability to work in a team and independently
  • Organizational, time-management skills and can work under pressure
  • Strong Excel skills and be confident in using internal systems and software
  • Detail-oriented with notable analytical and critical thinking skills. You’ll be comfortable with numbers and be confident to report your findings
  • You are a team player, comfortable with an international environment, committed to both hard work and fun
  • You are keen on developing yourself both professionally and as an individual

Desirable Requirements:

  • It’s desirable to have experience or knowledge of the Higher Education industry
  • It’s desirable if you can speak another language besides English and Spanish
  • Bonus points if you have international experience
