Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Portuguese via email, phone, and chat
• Assist users with questions related to software tools, features, and troubleshooting
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues
• Provide users with guidance on best practices for utilizing our software
• Gather user feedback to improve our software offerings and service quality
• Engage in training sessions to stay updated on product enhancements and industry trends

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
• Prior experience in customer support, ideally in the software or technology sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Ability to multitask and support varying customer needs efficiently
