Job Summary

A company is looking for a Studios Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, implement, and improve organizational processes to enhance studio productivity and morale
• Build strategic relationships and manage communication across team departments and partners
• Implement processes to support onboarding experiences for NHO and 1P Studios

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in managing Programs, Operations, or Production
• Experience in the Game or App industry or knowledge of game development
• Proficient in Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets)
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and take direction
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
