• Lead post-merger integration efforts across key functions and track integration KPIs
• Recommend tools and workflows to streamline M&A processes and monitor market trends

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or M&A support
• Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage complex projects
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and project management tools
• Prior experience supporting M&A or integration in tech or startup environments
• Experience in B2C apps and ad-centric business models is a plus
