Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Program Manager to drive alignment and execution between Marketing and Sales for effective lead generation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Bridge Product, Product Marketing, and customer-facing teams for successful GTM execution
• Break complex programs into actionable workstreams and manage project plans with defined owners and milestones
• Drive structured feedback loops from Sales, Success, and Support into Product and Marketing for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in GTM operations, sales programs, or cross-functional program management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes
• Strategic mindset with strong decision-making skills and the ability to synthesize input
• Familiarity with systems and tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, LeanData, and Outreach
• Strong bias for action and a collaborative approach to influence stakeholders
