Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager / Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Strategic Partner Managers, coaching on deal strategy and execution
• Own and nurture strategic relationships with high-stakes partners, including executive alignment and joint planning
• Define and operationalize partner strategy, building joint business plans and tracking revenue impact

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise partnerships, strategic alliances, or B2B sales leadership
• Experience leading and scaling teams of senior individual contributors or partner managers
• Proven ability to close $1M+ deals and manage complex, long-cycle partnerships
• Background in AI, cloud infrastructure, enterprise SaaS, or NLP platforms
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, GenAI, RAG, and knowledge management systems
