The Maintenance Coordinator will be tasked with various administrative duties including but not limited to creating work orders based on service request/diagnosis/inspection, generating weekly/monthly PM reports, preparation of work orders for execution and root cause analysis of early failures. Also responsible for coordinating, maintaining maintenance system for work requests/projects and providing support in the repair, replacement, and maintenance of buildings, grounds, equipment, utilities, and infrastructure systems in CMMS program.
Education: High school diploma required; college degree preferred
Related Experience: 2-4 years of experience in an administrative capacity utilizing strong analytical/computer skills
Equipment/Software Skills: Microsoft Office with strong skills in spreadsheets; have a working knowledge in other software programs is desirable; IBM, Maximo
Physical: Must be able to walk throughout the plant up to eight-plus (8+) hours at a time, to include walking and climbing up/down stairs and ladders (portable, fixed).
Sensory: Must have the appropriate level of sensory acuity (visual, hearing, speaking, smell and touch) to be able to identify and react to normal, abnormal and alarm conditions (chemicals, temperature, etc.)
Mental/Reasoning: Must be able to logically and methodically work through and break down complex problems and processes to enable effective communication with all levels of the organization.
