Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leader for Flight Crew.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor ACE Executives and their teams to ensure alignment with the mission of delivering world-class implementation services and support
• Champion customer success throughout the entire journey from onboarding to long-term adoption and growth
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance onboarding processes, operational metrics, and identify opportunities for customer expansion

Required Qualifications

• Experience leading customer success, professional services, and/or support teams in high-growth SaaS or technology companies
• Familiarity with customer-centric or Epic-style team approaches
• Knowledge of US healthcare technology, especially in imaging, is a plus
• Ability to blend strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
• Strong collaboration mindset with experience working across Product, Sales, and Marketing
