State Licensed Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist III to provide strategic payroll administration solutions and manage complex customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary resource for large, complex Managed Payroll Premium customers
  • Manage customer cases to ensure service level agreements and high client satisfaction
  • Lead the Managed Payroll Service Rehearsal and assist with complex Workday configuration
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) required or 15+ years of customer service and payroll experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and year-end support
  • Experience with complex payroll configuration and difficult clients
