New York Licensed Payroll Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Payroll Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review payroll quality reports to ensure accurate payroll processing
  • Oversee payroll calculations, postings, and disbursements according to the payroll schedule
  • Resolve payroll variances and process involuntary deductions including garnishments
Required Qualifications
  • Associate Degree in a finance-related field preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in payroll, accounting, banking, operations, or clerical work
  • Moderate experience with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel
  • Ability to navigate multiple applications and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working remotely with minimal supervision
