State Licensed Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager, VBCM- Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams of Care Managers, providing guidance and support for their development
• Evaluate team performance against objectives and implement strategies to achieve performance goals
• Collaborate with Operations Leadership to ensure program delivery meets contractual and quality objectives

Required Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse is required; Compact state preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years' experience in Care/Case Management
• Health Plan experience is required
• Prior management and supervision of a clinical team is preferred
