Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general legal advice to support daily business activities, including contract review and negotiation
• Assist in resolving disputes and support legal operations initiatives
• Review advertising materials and new legislation, providing advice on regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

• 2 - 4 years of experience in contract review and negotiation, preferably in technology agreements
• Active bar license in the jurisdiction of residence
• Fluency in English
• Experience in privacy, information security, and regulatory matters is highly regarded
• Ability to work independently with stakeholders across global teams
