Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Operations Specialist to manage day-to-day operations within the Legal Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Legal Department in implementing and managing efficient systems, workflows, and processes
• Manage existing technology tools and contract/information-management processes to enhance efficiency
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely communication and completion of legal deliverables

Required Qualifications

• B.A. or B.S. required; paralegal experience/certificate preferred
• 3+ years of experience in legal project operations/management
• Prior experience in health care, pharmacy benefit management (PBM), and/or software-as-a-service (SaaS) preferred
• Strong experience with legal-department technology solutions
• Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional groups
